Sunrise Medical has announced that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Switch-It, Inc., one of the global industry leaders in the development/design, manufacturing and distribution of special drive controls/special input devices and other high tech product lines predominantly used on high end Complex Rehab Power Wheelchairs. This acquisition expands Sunrise Medical’s portfolio within the complex rehab technology industry and further positions the company for significant growth.
