Precision Rehab Limited are pleased to announce that they have agreed to be the exclusive supplier of UPnRIDE powered standing-wheelchairs for the UK and Ireland.
The company, whose staff have over 25 years combined experience with specialist powered wheelchairs, will supply the UPnRIDE wheelchairs on a direct sales basis throughout the UK and Ireland.
They are looking to appoint a very limited number of authorised dealers, ensuring a high standard of assessment, sales process, after sales care including service and repair coverage.
Founder of Precision Rehab Limited, Matthew James, identified the lack of specialist powered wheelchairs in the market place, which is why he started the company. Matthew has worked with both the Balder and Etac range of powered wheelchairs for 22 years and following the announcement that this range of chairs would no longer be manufactured he started to research the worldwide market for specialist powered wheelchairs. Precision Rehab Limited have been supplying Paravan powered wheelchairs for over two years in the UK & Ireland, which is a German based manufacture.
Matthew added: “As a company we are always looking at innovations and specialist products that will complement our existing products and benefit our clients. We have been following the progress and developments of the UPnRIDE, we are very impressed by the unique capabilities of the product especially the stability over outdoor terrain in a standing position, following productive meetings with UPnRIDE we are pleased to announce that we will be working together.
“We are also pleased to announce that the UPnRIDE will be launched in the UK at Naidex on the 25th & 26th April 2018 at the NEC Birmingham.”
