Walking stick specialist Classic Canes is delighted to announce a new collection of 12 walking sticks and folding canes produced under licence by the National Gallery Company, London.
Three designs have been developed based on Vincent van Gogh’s Sunflowers (1888), Ambrosius Bosschaert the Elder’s A Still Life of Flowers in a Wan-Li Vase (1609-1610) and George Stubbs’ Whistlejacket (about 1762), all copyright of the National Gallery Company, London. The designs are available on a variety of different sizes and specifications of walking sticks and folding canes.
Managing Director Charlotte Gillan said:
“It is an honour to work with the National Gallery Company to produce walking sticks based on these world famous paintings. They will be sold by the National Gallery in London and by Classic Canes stockists worldwide.”
Judith Mather from the National Gallery Company said:
“We are very excited that Classic Canes has produced these beautiful, high quality walking sticks. The paintings are replicated beautifully and they are a great addition to the licensing programme.”
